However, you may not be able to use portions of the Sites which require you to provide personal information, such as the checkout page.

We build security into our system to help protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We’re always looking for threats and take reasonable steps to respond to those threats, protecting the information users share with us. Of course, no method of Internet transmission or data storage can provide guaranteed protection to your information. If anything should ever happen to your information, we’ll let you know as soon as we can and try our best to make it right.
CORRECTING/UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your address or telephone number), there are several options available. Information can be changed, updated or deleted by visiting the My Account section of this website, by emailing us, or by calling us and talking to one of our Customer Service Representatives. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others, except as detailed in “Sharing” above.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. We send all new members a welcoming email to provide a password and to verify your email address (username). At this point, your account is active and you will be able to order online. Members can also receive our electronic newsletter which serves to update you on our products, address frequently asked questions and share scientific updates. We (or our consultants) may also contact you from time to time with voluntary surveys to gather information to better serve you. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive these emails or newsletters. Please see Choice/Opt-out below.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18
Our Sites are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information on the Sites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the Sites.
